Standard 0.5% and high accuracy 0.25% models with strain gage or amplified outputs (0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC or 4-20 mA). Pressure only and pressure / temperature versions offered as well as special models for high temperature, food and hazardous area applications. Dynisco also offers 1/4 DIN and 1/8 DIN readouts with pressure limit capability and outputs to feed recorders or data acquisition systems. UPR800 Pressure / Process Indicator The UPR800 indicator is a field programmable instrument with a choice of 350 ohm strain gage transducer or common process current / voltage inputs। A display of the process variable is shown on a bright red five digit LED display as well as a 35 segment LED bargraph. A second digital display will capture the peak reading, can be blanked, or can be used as the diaplay for a optional second strain gage transducer or process variable. The UPR800 is the perfect solution for those who would like to have melt pressure and temperature read out on one instrument or two simultaneous pressure displays of upstream and downstream pressure across a screen changer or polymer gear pump. MeltMonitor Series Melt Pressure Display   The Dynisco MeltMonitor Alarm Series is a melt pressure transducer with an integral digital display. An optional temperature measurement is available. The MeltMonitor has been designed for the rigorous environments of the plastics extruder. Standard features, including the digital auto-zero and peak display function, provide easy operation with an accurate pressure measurement. With the optional built in temperature sensor, the display is capable of providing both process pressure and temperature simultaneously. Loop Powered Field Display, intrinsically safe The Model SPXD is a digital loop-powered field display to illustrate any single 4-20 mA process variable। The 5-digit, 1-inch LCD is backlit for easy viewing. Also included is a bar graphics display that shows the measured value in 10% increments. Range setting, decimal placement, offset, and other parameters are easily configured by push button. The SPXD is equipped with a unique pressure-compensating moisture barrier to prevent display fogging in high humidity. The entire package is rated NEMA 4X (IP66) for process application. Melt Pressure Transmitters SPX-L Series The SPX-L Series are smart 4-20 mA pressure transmitters designed for use in hazardous locations। The SPX-L includes the Dynisco innovation, DynaLarity™, an advanced algorithm that linearizes off-sets initiated by materials and process variables. DynaLarity™ improves linearity by 80% and combined accuracy by 25% over the base model SPX. Optional thermocouple or RTD configurations are available to provide melt temperature. SPX-L models are approved for explosion proof for Class 1, Division I, Groups A, B, C & D , and is supplied with a conduit fitting. Versions are available approved for ATEX Intrinsically Safe II 1 G 100a Eex ia IIC, Zone 0 and 1. PG441R Series Pressure Gauges   Dynisco's new family of mechanical pressure gauges for plastics extruders are the ideal choice for applications requiring a simple, maintenance-free pressure indication. Polymer pressure is sensed by a metal diaphragm, mounted flush with the inside surface of the extruder barrel and indicated on the readout gauge. Three versions are offered for mounting flexibility. The TPG443R includes a Type J thermocouple for melt temperature measurements.
